Who we are

HB Creatives runs this app for social media managers (“SMMs”). Each SMM has a workspace. The SMM decides what goes into it and is responsible for their clients’ content; we store and process it for them.

What we store

• SMM accounts: name, email, password (hashed), two-step sign-in settings, and which workspaces you’re in.
• Workspace content: clients’ names, posts, images and videos, captions, comments, content calendars, brand kits, deliverable targets, service requests, and payments made to us.
• Client links: clients don’t make accounts. Their private link is stored only in a protected form. We keep a short-term record of failed attempts by IP address to stop guessing.
• Activity: a log of important changes in each workspace (team, settings, clients, billing), and notification emails.

Where it’s kept

Data and files are stored with Supabase in Singapore. The app runs on Vercel, and emails are sent through Resend. These are our sub-processors.

How long

For as long as the workspace exists. If a workspace is paused for non-payment, everything in it is deleted 90 days after the pause; owners are emailed before that. An owner can download all of the workspace’s data, or delete the workspace, at any time from Settings.

Your rights

You can see, correct, download or delete your data. Clients should contact their SMM first; SMMs and anyone else can contact us at privacy@hbcreatives.ph.
