The service

HB Creatives gives social media managers a workspace to plan content, share it with their clients through private links, and collect approvals, feedback, brand kits and requests.

Your workspace and your clients

You’re responsible for the content you and your clients put in your workspace, for having the right to use it, and for telling your clients how you use their information. Keep client links private: anyone with a link can open that client’s pages.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid monthly or yearly. If a payment is late, the workspace is paused after the grace period: your team can still sign in and download everything, but nothing can be changed and client links stop working. A workspace paused for 90 days is deleted.

Fair use

Don’t use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, or to try to reach other workspaces’ data. We may pause a workspace that does.

Changes and contact
